Shipping and Returns
Domestic Shipping (Thailand):
- Orders within Thailand are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.
- A tracking number will be provided via email for your convenience.
Please note: Once your order is confirmed, it is final. Cancellations or refunds will not be accepted.
International Shipping: We ship worldwide with FedEx or DHL.
- For international orders, once confirmed, items will be processed and shipped within 7-10 business days, or sooner.
- A tracking number will be sent via email for all international orders.
- Please be aware that any customs duties or additional international charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note: Once your order is confirmed, it is final. Cancellations or refunds will not be accepted.
Returns:
- All sales are final, and returns are not accepted.
- If the incorrect item is shipped, we will gladly exchange it with the correct one. Contact us immediately, and we will ensure the right product is sent.
- In case of a damaged item, please reach out to our customer service team via Line @knittletomato or email hello@knittletomato.com for assistance. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Note: 'International orders' refer to any orders shipped outside of Thailand, where our office is based.
Lost or Damaged Items: Please note that Knittle Tomato is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages or losses caused during shipping. When you make a purchase, you agree to assume the risk involved with delivery. Any damage or loss that occurs during shipping should be addressed directly with the shipping provider.
We will, of course, provide you with all necessary information, including the tracking number and contact details for the shipping company. Once this information has been shared, it will be your responsibility to communicate with the shipping provider to resolve any issues.
