Payments and Pricing

We currently accept all major credit cards, including American Express, Visa, and MasterCard, as well as Apple Pay.

Please note that prices listed on the site are subject to change without notice. Shipping costs are not included in the product price and will vary based on your delivery address. Local taxes may apply depending on your region.


 

Order Processing

Once your order is placed, we aim to process it within 24-48 hours, provided all items are in stock. In some cases, products may become oversold. Any backordered items will be shipped to you as soon as they become available, so your order may arrive in multiple packages.

After placing an order, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order and billing details. Your order is accepted once payment has been confirmed and your products have been dispatched.

For international orders, additional customs duties or taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. Unfortunately, we cannot predict or cover these additional costs. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.


 

Shipping Information

We ship all orders through FedEx or DHL. Shipping costs and options will be clearly outlined at checkout. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information so you can monitor your package.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

All Sales Are Final: Due to the personalized nature of our products and hygiene considerations for baby clothing, Knittle Tomato does not accept order cancellations once your order is confirmed.

Before You Order: Please carefully review all details including size, color, and personalization options before completing your purchase.

Company-Initiated Cancellations: Knittle Tomato reserves the right to cancel orders in the following circumstances:

  • Product unavailability or stock issues
  • Pricing or product description errors
  • Suspected fraudulent transactions
  • Inability to verify payment information
  • Violation of our Terms of Service

If Knittle Tomato cancels your order, you will receive full notification and a complete refund.

Incorrect or Damaged Items: If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us immediately at hello@knittletomato.com or Line OA @KnittleTomato. We will gladly exchange it for the correct item or work with you to resolve the issue.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Customer-Initiated Cancellations:

Within 24 Hours of Order Placement: Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed for production. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at hello@knittletomato.com or Line OA @knittletomato.

After 24 Hours or Once Production Begins: Once an order has been processed for production (especially personalized embroidered items), it cannot be cancelled. All sales become final at this point.

After Shipment: Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery, but refunds will not be issued due to the hygiene requirements for baby clothing.

How to Cancel (Within 24 Hours):

  1. Contact us at hello@knittletomato.com or Line OA @knittletomato
  2. Provide your order number and reason for cancellation
  3. We will confirm cancellation and process your refund within 3-5 business days

Refunds: Approved cancelled orders will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after cancellation confirmation.
